Colour Variation Disclaimer

Variations may occur in paper and print from item to item, which is beyond our control.

We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Please note that great care is taken to match colours as accurately as possible, however that as full colour work involves the grouping of like print jobs together marginal colour variations are to be expected.

 

Variations may occur from one print run to another, and from stock to stock

 

Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of enquiry. 

 

All goods remain the property of Archibald Edwards until full payment is received.

 

50% of the order value must be received before work will commence. 

 

All orders received are subject to the availability of materials from suppliers, if we are 

unable to supply the exact stationery ordered an alternative will be offered or a refund or the

option to change your order.

 

On acceptance of your order we will estimate a delivery date, should this not be possible due

to circumstances beyond our control you will be advised immediately.

 

Outstanding balance is payable 2 weeks before collection/delivery.

 

Our lead time for an order is normally 6 weeks from confirmation of final details to delivery.

 

We can offer an express service dependent on work load and your individual requirements.

 

Special show offers are limited and maybe withdrawn without prior notice.

  

Minimum deposit is 50%, if the order value is under £50 full payment is required at the

time of the order being placed.

 

Deposits are non refundable.

 

We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer payments.

 

A minimum of 4 weeks notice before delivery due date is required for any alterations to

your order quantity.
